LISTR is a brilliant tool that enables ODP members to form cross-government connections to mentor, coach, and network by providing the platform for individuals to find these opportunities.

In ODP, we are passionate about supporting progression and development regardless of background, grade or location. LISTR allows users to connect and engage with colleagues across-government – it's a fantastic opportunity to find a mentor or even become one! This is a new version of LISTR with a greater focus on mentoring, coaching, and buddying, with more features to be added in the future.
