If you are at a stage in your career where you are looking for advice and guidance on how to progress, or you’re interested in moving into a particular area of government, then mentoring could be for you. Mentoring is a mutually agreed relationship between two parties who will establish how frequently they will meet, for how long and what the mentee needs from the relationship. You may need more than one mentor but consider what your needs are before engaging with multiple mentors.
